Manager
Experience Overview

Mr. Green has a distinguished career as an architect and planner, including
employment with Holabird & Root, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Peter H. Green
& Associates, which he founded and ran for ten years. He joined a medium-sized
St. Louis engineering and architectural firm in 1983 and served as Vice President
from 1988 until he stepped down in May, 2004, retaining a consulting role with the
firm until May, 2005. His responsibilities included marketing, client relations,
publicity, urban development strategies, site planning, architectural design and
coordination for planning, engineering and architectural projects. He was an
integral part of the management team that expanded the firm's services and
quadrupled the company's billings over the twenty-year period.

Positioning the Firm in the Marketplace
During his tenure as founder and operator of his own firm and as Vice President, Horner &
Shifrin, Inc., he showed significant results in identifying and strengthening his firm's
capabilities, finding the best fit between firms and clients and identifying and successfully
pursuing market opportunities. These talents were repeatedly demonstrated in the steady
growth in both billings and staffing of the firms he has developed.

Business Acquisition, Project Management and Planning
He played a major role in creating growth strategies and planning major projects for his clients,
including Earth City Business Park, Missouri Research Park and the East St. Louis Riverfront,
and in the design of the 5th and Cherry Parking Garage and the new Providence Road
Pedestrian Bridge, both in Columbia, Missouri. He has acquired and managed contracts with
five districts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State of Missouri, the State of Illinois and
several county and municipal governments in Missouri and Illinois.

Due Diligence and Construction Disbursement Consulting
Since 2004, as Manager of Greenskills Associates, Mr. Green has inspected and reported on
some 20 projects in Missouri and Illinois for a major national bank , inspecting construction,
filing monthly Construction Progress Reports, reviewing plans, specifications and cost
estimates for constructibility and recommending approval for disbursement on projects up to
$5 million in construction value.

Writing and Publicity
With Greenskills Associates and as a firm principal responsible for marketing services in
previous positions, Mr. Green conceived, developed and placed themed print advertising,
targeted direct mail, press releases and feature stories. He wrote numerous planning studies
and reports, a company newsletter and magazine and newspaper articles in the St. Louis
Business Journal, St. Louis Construction News and Review, the St. Louis Post Dispatch and
other local and national publications.
